March 6, 2012; The 2012 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Committee is in full swing planning this year’s edition of the area’s premiere new home tour. Now celebrating its 17th year, this annual community event has contributed over $725,000 to our local charities.
The 2012 Showcase of Homes will be over three spectacular weekends this fall on September 15-16, 22-23 & 29-30 featuring the regions finest, award-winning builders. Tickets are still only $20. There will also be our unique Chef’s “Saratoga Style” event on two Fridays during the showcase. Last year, 19 magnificent homes were featured in Saratoga County, and record numbers of people visited these properties. The list of homes entered this year is currently at 10 with more to follow in the next month. A new twist this year is having several newly constructed rental apartments and possibly several renovated/rehab homes on the tour. Stay tuned for more details.
The Committee has an extensive advertising, publicity and marketing campaign in development which will include official media sponsors in print including newspapers & magazines, online, radio, billboards and television. Corporate sponsorships are now available; Why not be a part of the “Greatest Show in Town!” For a sponsorship packet or for information about entering, please contact Barry Potoker, Executive Director at 366.0946 or [email protected]
