Charity Golf Tournament to Benefit Local Habitat “Fore” Humanity

Glens Falls, NY, 7/01/2014— The 3nd Annual Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties Charity Golf Classic sponsored by Arrowhead Equipment & Snyder  Drywall will be held on Thursday, July 24th at Cronin’s Golf Resort, in Warrensburg, NY.

Ashlee Soprano from Arrowhead Equipment had this to say, “Our company loves working with Habitat because we see our efforts and funds raised going right back into our own community. Our business is heavily supported by our community so we are happy we can give back.”

The tournament is a four-person scramble, with registration and lunch at 11:00am, followed by a shotgun start at 12:00pm.  $110.00 per person includes a program of special events, beverages during lunch and while on course, cart and greens fees, gift bag, event golf polo donated by Fisher Engineering, and steak dinner after the tournament.  Additional activities will include both Silent and Chinese Auctions, and both male and female longest drive and closest to the pin contests.

Sponsorship levels include, Platinum Dream Home, Gold Building a Foundation, and Silver Door and Window, among others.  Those interested in sponsorship or in participating can call Arrowhead Equipment at (518) 793-2265.

Tammy DiCara, President of the Board of Directors for Habitat stated, “We are so pleased to be the beneficiary of this event. Arrowhead Equipment and Snyder Drywall have done a great job putting together a full day of activities that engages many groups of people in different ways. The support we’ve received from Arrowhead, Snyder, the Participants and the Sponsors is crucial to our ability to succeed in improving housing conditions in our community.”
