Items to be Submitted with Applications
The following list of items are to submitted along with your application for a HABITAT home. Please use copies (not originals) of all the documents submitted.
INCOME:
- Most recent W-2 forms for the last two years (all working household members)
- Pay stubs for the most recent two (2) pay periods (all working household members)
- Copy of child support payment check, if applicable
- SSI Income–Copy of current award letter, if applicable
- HUD Income–Copy of award letter, if applicable
ASSETS:
- List of all assets if not listed on application
- Real estate
- CD’s
- Joint savings and checking accounts
- Stocks
- IRA’s and retirements accounts
- Savings Bonds
- Other assets
